Placing an order / How to
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on inprima.com.cy.
On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Telephone orders can be placed during normal business hours, 09:00am to 6:00 pm (GMT +2 Cyprus time) Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays) by calling +357 2587 77 44.

We keep records of our orders therefore your order will be saved in our orders database. 

How to - Step by Step
1. You can order by visiting the products list of our site and selecting the product category of your choice. 
2. Add the product you wish to buy in your cart 
3. Login or Create an account (Only registered customers of InPrima.com.cy are able to buy products from our site)
4. Confirm your cart and check out
5. Pay through our secure payment gateway.
6. You will receive a payment confirmation with your order number in your email inbox.

We accept orders in English or Greek language. 
Payment
Presently, Inprima.com.cy accepts all major credit cards. THROUGH PAYPAL

Because InPrima Ltd operates in Cyprus we are required to include 19% sales tax on orders shipped to a Cyprus address.

International orders
We do not accepts international orders for the time being

Shipping
Standard shipping charges are based on local shipping agents. The shipping rate its calculated based on item weight and your location.

Returns

Simply call us at +357 2587 77 44 within 5 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, InPrima will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Inprima.com.cy. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
If you return an item after the 5 business day window, without a RA#, and/or Inprima.com.cy suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.

Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

Cancellations

For any reason you can cancel any order in 14 days from the day of receipt of the items only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you cancelled the item, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice .

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

· Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately.

· Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

· We do not deliver to P.O.Box numbers

 

Withdrawals

During your order procedure and prior to your payment through PayPal you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the corresponding button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.

If you choose to pay though PayPal and wish to cancel your order once you reached the payment page you can press the Cancel and return to our website .
